Booking Policies

Walk-ins Welcome, Appointments Recommended

Walk-ins are accepted when available, but booking ahead is the best way to secure your spot.

Deposit Policy

  • $75 deposit required to book for makeup & color appointments.

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable. New deposit is required if appointment is rescheduled.

  • Deposit will be applied toward your total service.

Cancellation Policy

  • 72-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellation (under 72 hrs): 50% of service total will be charged.

  • No-shows: 100% of service total will be charged.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive on time.

  • 15+ minutes late: appointment may be canceled.

  • If service continues: $25 late fee for every 15 minutes late.

  • Late arrivals impact everyone's schedule—please plan accordingly.

Respect Our Time

Missed or late appointments affect both our team and other clients. Please be respectful and considerate.

Color Services Information

Bleach & Color Timing

  • Bleach services: expect 4+ hours.

  • Color corrections/box dye: expect 7+ hours.

  • Please book on a day you have no other plans—every head is different!

What's Included in Color Services:

  • Partial color: 1 bowl of bleach, toner & shadow root or melt bowl.

  • Full service: 2 bowls of bleach, toner & shadow root or melt bowl.

  • Extra bowls of bleach or color: charged separately.

Makeup & Special Event Appointments

Please note: A makeup waiver and contract must be signed at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This ensures we have all necessary information and can provide you with the best experience possible. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest Policy

  • No extra guests or children allowed unless they are receiving a service.

  • Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a calm, professional environment.

Payment Information

  • We accept Cash, Zelle, Cards, and After-pay.

  • Starting May 6, 2025:

    • Card payments: +3% fee

    • After-pay payments: +6% fee

No Refunds Policy

Once a service is completed, our time, effort, and products have been invested. No refunds will be issued.

Please note:

  • Results may vary depending on your hair’s current condition and history.

  • If your desired lift wasn’t achieved, it’s because we prioritize your hair’s health and safety over going too far.

Honesty is Key

Please be upfront about your hair history and home care products.

  • Box dyes, past color, and commercial shampoos (like drugstore brands) can impact your results.

  • Buildup from metals and silicones can affect how your hair lifts during lightening services.

Our goal is to always give you the best possible results—safely and professionally.
If adjustments are needed, you may qualify for a complimentary tweak within 3 days of your service.
